Infusion Lounge, 4:00-7:30 PM

Mistress of Ceremonies Donna Sachet will host over two-hundred guests at San Francisco’s Harvey Milk Day 2012 celebration at world-renowned Infusion Lounge from 4:00 – 7:30 p.m., located at 124 Ellis Street (at Powell), San Francisco, CA 94102.  A runway fashion show will feature the eye-popping designs of twenty-five Bay Area fashion designers.  All designs will make use of custom-printed Harvey-Milk-graphic fabric and will be judged by a panel of prominent San Francisco city officials, celebrities, and fashionistas – headed by “Project Runway” fashion-celebrity Christopher Collins!  Prizes will be awarded in several categories, such as “Best Overall Design,” “Best Harvey Milk Legacy,” and “Best Use of Harvey Milk Graphic.”  Each of the twenty-five designs (avant-garde, high fashion, sportswear, swimwear, evening wear, and bridal) will be auctioned live from the runway to the highest bidder, with 100% of winning bids benefiting the Harvey Milk Foundation.  The evening’s festivities also will feature stirring, live vocal performances by the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus and the Harvey-era retro remixes of DJ Golden Arms.
